JW-3707 Encapsulant for Solar Photovoltaic Modules Junction Box
The main function of junction box is connected, protected solar PV modules, and conducted current which produced by solar PV modules. In order to help heat dissipation of diode and water-proof, damp-proof of other connections, the solar PV modules often needed to seal with pouring sealant.
JW-3707 is a two-component, condensation type solar PV module junction box pouring sealant. It has good characters of non-corrosive, low shrinkage, fast curina and no heat release when curing. The pouring sealant is insulated and suitable for thermal conductive, sealing of different electronic components.
Features
- Room temperature curing, fast curing and operation easily with high productivity.
- Can be applied from-40°C to 150°C with good elasticity, excellent electrical insulation and thermal conductivity.
- Water-proof and damp-proof, chemical resistance, resistance to yellowing and weather resistance, the working life is more than 25 years.
- Good adhesion to PC, PVC, ABS, PPO etc.
